Jabong.com — refund not done for returned item | |||
I purchased an item with order no 109106356364448500603 with jabong on october 15 2018. Due to difference in color of the product compared to the image provided at the online application, i placed return on october 18. The product was returned and i got the acknowledgement. However, i could not initiate the refund at the online application, due to error while updating bank account details. I got in touch in the customer service and was asked by them to share my bank details through mail to [protected]@jabong.com. I did the same on 23rd october 2018. However, refund did not happen within 3-4 working days as promised by customer service. So i followed up with them multiple times between 23rd october and 15th november. All was in vain. Finally, on 15th november, an incident 42319811 was raised for this by the customer service. It has been 20 days since then. However, i am yet to receive my refund. The least customer service could do is, to update me about the status of my complaint through mail. This has been a time and effort consuming exercise for me which has only been met with the false promise of customer service. I sincerely hope, my complaint is treated with seriousness and i get my money back as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
