Hi team,
I placed an order numbered [protected] on 10 june 2017, which i cancelled on 16 june 2017.
The same was attempted to be delivered by your courier partner e-kart, which i refused to accept as mentioned by the sms sent by you.
But now it's been more than 10 days since i cancelled the shipment but yet not received the refund for the same.
I even contacted your helpline number but all in vain.
Your support service just gave false assurance but no results till date.
