Order No: 109171375142211120601. Product received on 2nd Nov 2018, exchange request placed on 2nd Nov 2018. Exchange Request Cancelled on 28th Nov 2018. Emailed care team on 28th Nov 2018 and requested to raise a return request for the same and requested for refund in the bank account. Return Request Raised on the same date with return number [protected]. Package picked up on 29th Nov 2018 and received email from Jabong, refund initiated. Email received on 1st Dec 2018 from Jabong requesting bank account details. Emailed response team on 6th Dec 2018 with bank account details for refund of Rs.3599.51. Till date, 20th January 2019, I have not received this refund. Have emailed care and response team on multiple occasions requesting for refund status but no response received and no refund either. Called customer care on multiple occasions, but to no success. This whole process has been really time consuming and intimidating. The stress I have received due to poor handling of this case is unimaginable. I just want my money back. How can I deal with this? Was this information helpful? |
