[Resolved] Jabong.com — Refund pending - ORDER ID [protected] | |||||
I had purchased a GUAVA Brown Formal Shoes which was declared as pure leather but when received was not satisfied with the quality and immediately a refund request wa given to the customer service desk. ORDER ID [protected] Return request placed on 9th May 2016 at 12:58pm which was picked on14 May 16 and I was informed that the refund would happen within 7days... Which has not happened till date. On calling I was informed that amount was credited but not in bank but into my site account even after calling multiple times there has been no action... Request concerned to refund the amount with interest at the earliest ... Was this information helpful? | |||||
