Jabong.com — return and exchange facility

I ordered kurta set from jabong and they only send me the kurta, pyjamas and dupatta was not present in the packet and i paid the whole amount. Now return and exchange facility is not available from my pin code and they are not even considering there fault. They should esp arrange the facility for me. They only harass the consumer. Atleast they should send me the pyjamas and dupatta because it's their problem not mine.. Worst experience shopping from jabong and i will never again shop from this site.. I am planning to take legal action if they will not solve my problem.
