I have ordered a kurti with order id [protected]. It was delivered on 6th december. As the product is larger than i expected and got a damaged piece also, i want to return it. While i tried to do so, it is showing me the message "return initiation error". I tried a lot of times, but the same thing happened. The part of self shipping is unavailable. I dont know what to do with this. Please rectify this as soon as possible and refund me with the amount.
