[Resolved] Jabong.com — Return of defective products | |||||
I have placed an order [protected] on 1st june and have received defective products. 2 of them were defective with their sku no as bw189wa20onrindfas and cl930wa82fgvindfas. I have written them so many mails and shared them the pictures of the defective products as well. To which they replied that the return of the products will be initiated and the money will be refunded. Its been a month almost and no return has been initiated for the same as well and when asking them through mails no reply is given. I have called jabong customer care service several times and nobody is picking up the calls. Kindly help me with the same asap. I am sharing the pictures of the defective products delivered to me along with the complaint and the screnshot of the mail where it was mentioned that the return will be initiated. I have raised the complaint earlier also but return was done for only 2 products and no action has been taken for other 2 products. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Kindly help me on this asap... I am calling their customer care number but no one is picking up the calls. They are not replying on mails either. I am unable to reach them by all means . Kindly help me on this..
