My order id is 111033993520058263803. I had submitted a return request of my blue solid jacket which was torn on its back the moment i received my parcel. I immediately submitted the return request, your executive came to pick up the item today but refused to pick it up citing it is torn.
I m extremely disappointed as a jabong customer and vow never to shop from you again i[censored] dont resolve my problem asap.
