Jabong.com — return request cancelled | |
I had placed a return request for ORDER ID [protected] on friday. The pickup was delayed for 7 days and on the 7th day I received a message that the return request has been cancelled as per the their logistics partner. There was no communication from the logistics and neither was such request made. This is highly unprofessional. An unnecessary delay and blatant disregard to a simple process has caused a trouble of endlessly contacting the customer support with no solution. I’m done with jabong after this but if the issues isn’t resolved within a week I’ll have to a file consumer court complaint. Was this information helpful? | |
