Jabong.com — return request first accepted then declined by jabong

I want to know the reason for declining the return request while they accepted it firstly and also pickup was scheduled. Nobody came for the pickup of the item and then they declined it after 2 days. I am also uncertain of the quality of the product as the product doesn't look like a branded one it has very bad material and also it looks like a local market product. I initiated the return request for the same reason and they have declined it now. Return ID is [protected].
