I have submitted a return request as soon as i received my item as it does not fit to me. It was accepted i expect that pick up will be made with 2-3 working days - later i receive a text message and an email on daily basis saying your item will be picked up today - but it was never happened, Daily i recieve a message saying your item will be picked up today in the morning and by the evening i recieve a message saying -pick up has been failed - I have asked delivery boy by calling him on the second attempt as soon as i recieve a morning message and he said they are busy with some deliveries and will be attempted again but this also never happened.I have raised an email concern regarding this on Jan 22nd but with no use - now i see it was declined. it not for the first time, since this has become a practice for you guys I would like to put complaint here - do call me if you need more details
