Jabong.com — return through self ship option

I was trying to return my order because of its size issue. But i am unable to provide the pick up address because there is no pick up from that pin code. So i tried for the self shipping process, but there is no space for providing the drop in address. I am fed up with this site as it is not confortable. I am now unable to return my order. Even i cant proceed with the self ship option. Too bad.
