Dear team,
I had placed the order on 9th of september 2018. The product was delivered on 12th september 2018 and i had returned the same on 12th september 2018. The pickup was supposed to be done by 17th september 2018.
I have been calling up the call centre and have registered the complaints, still there is no response from the team. And now when i check the app today, it is showing the return request has been declined.
After following up so much, without any response from your side, you guys have rejected the request. I would request you to kindly get the pickup done as soon as possible, otherwise i will have to raise the complaint at a higher level authority. The fault is from your end, and i am suffering because of the same.
