I had ordered an Indian Terrain shirt from Jabong which was delivered to me on Apr 2. They have 15 days return policy, when I logged into system to put a return request on Apr 17, it was showing "item not returnable as the 15-day return period has expired" against this order. A few days later I got to know Jabong has a customer care email and phone number which is not easily visible on thier website and not seen on Help/Support page(where it should actually exist). Now on Apr 28, I have contacted them to consider my return request for this product. I asked they can take the product back, check it at their end and issue me refund only after being completely satisfied. The product is unused and has all tags intact. But they are blatantly refusing to return product as it has surpassed 15 days period. Was this information helpful? | |||
