I purchased a shoe 15 days ago and to my surprise i find that the top of the shoe is getting cracked automatically where i have used the shoe just for the last 13 days. Please look in to the matter. The shoe was delivered to my address 15 days back. Now they are telling me it can neither be replaced nor exchanged.
