Jabong.com — tracking id is not valid

I ordered a pair of sandal from jabong and it shows out for delivery but it's not yet delivered. I tried to track down my parcel using the couriers official website but when i try and track my parcel using the tracking id it simply says the id is invalid. Why is that so?
I could really need some help here asap.
