[Resolved] Jabong.com — tracking id provided by jabong is showing invalid on ml courier website | |||
I ordered a boy's t-shirt [3-4 years old] which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljc1156685, This was shipped on 4th november of 2017, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase. The item is shown to be in transit and has been showing out of delivery and then failed delivery for about 2 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid. I need to get my order by 10th as shown by jabong. On contacting the mobile number received by jabong or ml to track the shipment, the person says that he is on leave from past few days and has not received any parcel. On trying to contact ml, no one is picking up the phone. Please respond and update accordingly. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

I have written to the chief manager and he has responded with details of Rs 1523 without even reading my email. This is shameful and unbelievable that I have to send so many emails and messages to get my own money back.
