Jabong.com — unable to return the product using self return option | |||||
I was trying to return my order (Order id: [protected] Placed on: 28 apr 18, delivered by 4 may 18 and 2 may 18) consisting 2 kurtas because of its quality issue. • but when i tried to return it through the jabong mobie app it is showing "your return transaction is failed" without any other proper justification When i contact with customer care i came to know that for the zip code which i provided was not eligible for pick up. If that is the issue you the app should have shown that message. • second thing more than 1 item cannot be selected while returnng neither in the app nor in the web application. You have to select each item seperately and provide the return request •there is no option to provide self return request. Only a radio button is displayed as selected when you click on the change address button in the web application and when the entered zip is failed. Pathetic mobile app and web service and customer service. Neither you provide the pick up of your own not letting us also initiate the self return properly. Is this the way you serve your customers? Fed up with this Every time need to contact customer care. I'm an it tester professionally. By my experience i'm saying this is the worst app i have ever seen. Neither your web application is good nor your mobile app. So many defects which may cause you lack of customers. Better you should improve Was this information helpful? | |||||

Second time, boxers pack of 2 purchased, but only 1 received. I use that one, then they refuse to complete my order nor they refunding.
