Jabong.com — undelivered lost order | |||||
I had placed an order from jabong for the very first time on may 5th and was told that the order would be delivered by may 12th.. Since i needed it for an occasion on 15th, i called the customer service for an update on the same and they promised it would reach me earlier than 14th may. They kept delaying it without sending me any text message, mail or notification on the app about the product. And on may 17th, they inform that my product has been lost due to the logistics partner that jabong supports. So they would refund my amount back. Is this how normal shopping sites work, since the last time this happened with another site, they sent me the replacement product on priority delivery. When i contacted them, they said i’ll have to wait for 48 hours on an update and even after repeatedly stating that i need a replacement product delivered, they said they would initiate refund and give me coupons. Not sure why i would be sent coupons for a shopping site that has just lost my first order. This sort of service does not make me want to ever shop from the site. And now i receive no response on my mail as well.. The worst shopping experience ever!!! Please do not run such shopping sites if you are incapable of delivering products that are misplaced due to your carelessness. Was this information helpful? | |||||
