Jabong.com — why asking for bank details, though no cash payment made from my side? | |
I would like to inform you that i have made placed order#[protected] on 25th jan through credit card ending 6950 and requested later for exchange on 28th jan, which had created new exchange order#[protected], for which there was no additional cash paid because there was no amount difference in previous order and exchange order. Asking for customer bank details does not make any sense when the customer has paid using credit card. Your policy for refund for exchange order is completely, illogical in the case where the full amount was paid using credit card and there is no cash transaction done on exchange. I would like to tell you that your exchange and refund policy is a loophole and against credit card policy for the people to get money in their account and utilize free of interest. There are two reason for not providing bank details: 1. There is no cash payment done from my side, hence there is no need of bank details 2. It is my right and decision to provide my confidential details to jabong or not and jabong can not force me for their illogical policies. I am again requesting you to refund my amount to same credit card which was used to make the payment and please do not ask for my bank details.
