I have purchased a kurtha worth 3599. I got the product with out tags and was of poor quality. It was a used kurtha. The very next day i returned the product next day itself. But they did not issued refund. They were updated in my account that it did not meet quality standards. They did not even cal me regarding this. I was waiting for my refund. I called nishi, customer care exc, she told with in 48 hours they will contact. But i did not get a call. Meanwhile they re dispatched. Again called, connected to preethi, spoke with her more than half an hour. She told both departments are different, that why it happened. I asked, kurtha worth 3599, will change quality with in a day? It was with me only one day. I did not use it. Suppose it was with me for 1 week i agree. I am out of town now. They may be given this product to security persons in my flat. I will be coming back to my home only after 2 weeks. Really frustrated. Again i called and connected them to escalation team. All are saying they will contact you with in 48 houres. That is the solution they have. But they will not contact us and they will not solve the issue.
