[Resolved] Jabong.com — Wrong product picked up. | |||||
The wrong product was picked up by the courier person. I logged the complaint for the same 37680974 on the same day itself i.e. 19th jan 2017 and was given the surety that the complaint will be resolved in maximum 7 days. I have already called the customer care multiple times for the status update on the complaint and as per them they have already escalated the complaint to senior management twice and will be receiving the call from them within 48 hours. I have not received any call as of now with any resolution. The main concern is The product that was picked up has to be returned to other company by the end of this month otherwise i will be charged for Rs 2532. Was this information helpful? | |||||
