I received a alberto torresi sandal towards order no. [protected] on 27th june'16. I got to wear it only 3-4 times, and yesterday sandal strap came out as if it was fixed very recently with some glue, supposedly a defective item. It has been only 20 days since delivery. How can such defective products bypass jabong quality check. Moreover, jabong people are unreachable on phone and give no responsive at all over mail. This is utter harassment. I want full refund.
