I had purchased a calvin klein underwear on 26th july, and was promised to receive delivery on 1st august. But after 3 days while tracking the package it started showing ‘delay in product, and will get back to you within 12 hours.’
But there were no signs of progress in the delivery process or any updates regarding the delivery.
After 10 days on august 4th when i emailed them complaining about the delivery, they replied saying problem will be solved within 5 days.
And after 2 weeks of time they just cancelled the delivery and mailed me by saying refund will be initiated. After waiting for so long how can they be so irresponsible by just cancelling it away. Now i want my product not to be cancelled and to be delivered as soon as possible.
This is the second time in the same month i am facing this cancellation problem.
