[Resolved] Jabong — Denial request by jabong.com(Ignoring to exchnage the product from the Pin code by which the product was received)

Order ID: [protected] Complaint No:12718366 I have purchase a 3/4th pant from jabong but have received the short pant. I have received the product on the Pin code as 412114, now Jabong is saying from the same Pin code the product cannot be redelivered to them again. Jabong is suggesting me to courier the product and which is a long procedure. If the product is coming on the Pin Code 412114 then why not the same pin code be used to resend back (exchange) the product.
