Jabong — fraud , delay and harassment

Ordered stuff worth 12k and half of the order was delivered on thursday 6/12/18 and next day again the same half came as a duplicate order with the remaining order. I refused delivery and took the remainig order. Called them immediately to say a lipstick was missing and the order status doesn't show delivered but have already taken delivery and the same second parcel was rejected. Jabong gave me sla and kept me waiting noone called. When called back the issue was not mentioned in complaints. Many cs execs hung up and kept giving sla. Again called spoke to so many managers as no response asking them to update order and also for complaint status. They just said nothing can be done kept asking for same barcode which i sent and they confirmed but again recd calls they had not. Wrote to chief manager who also didnt bother emailed we are investigating. If the courier company has committed fraud or if jabong has and if they admit why cant they process the return and keep buying time and delay so that the customer doesn't return stuff even after asking them what investigation they kept blaming it on the technical team, previous managers, hung up spoke to so many managers who said will email details and call back noone did. Still waiting as informed them would be travelling so if the 15 days lapse i would not be held liable as they were simply wasting time in pretext of investigation but actually not resolving the issue. All i asked them is change the status to delivered and take the return but they simply cant do that and keep telling me procedure as though i am liable for the fraud they have done.
The cs advisors and managers half of them hang up when asked for manager and managers say we cannot do anything. Really if they are there to make things worse for the customer and only teach them procedure please put an ivr. All calls are recorded but i dont think so. I have all calls recorded but as they are big in size i cannot upload it through email.
I did inform them i shall file a complain and send the formal details but jabong seems to be very relaxed about it that you can do so. They don't try to resolve the customer issue keep pushing them from pillar to post and also try and prove the customer wrong and keep asking for information as proof again and again but what about the ridiculous treatment and services and fraud under the name of policy and procedure.
