[Resolved]  Jabong — no refund received after returning the product

I placed an order of three kurtas but I did not like the kurtas and I returned all those. within 3-5 days I received refund for two kurtas but for the third one I have not received the refund yet. I mailed them twice and also called their customer care. but they were telling that they have initiated the refund and the bank is taking the time, so I have to contact with my bank. they provided me ARN and I also checked that. I also informed them that ARN is showing the refund for two kurtas. They were still not denying that they did not initiate the refund for the third kurta. I have again called them today and they agreed with me. they have raised a complaint and told me to wait for 5 days max to resolve this issue. What a service!!!
