Jabong — non delivery of product

Order id - [protected] and jabong complaint id[protected] and consumer complaint num - 521258
Order was for 5 jackets and order was delivered on 23-11-17.
But the package contains only 4 jackets, instead of 5 jackets. Missing item costs rs. 3457.
I raised complaint for it and provided all the screen shots, but customer care refused to agree and provide either the article or refund of missing item without providing any proof.
Customer care just said that they are closing the ticket and cannot do anything further.
They just looted my hard earned money.
