Jabong — not delivering one product | |||||
I ordered two products and it is delivered in package. I paid the full amount and when I opened the pack, one product was missing and they are not accepting that. Order ID: [protected], dated 14/04/2018 I would like to have refund for that missing product. Along with this there were many other products delivered same time which were in different packages, hence, it is not possible for me to open packages in front of a delivery guy. there have been several other instances of jabong either for wrong delivery or not delivering at all. I have wasted huge time and money dealing with them but in vain. Their customer support is not at all helpful.
