[Resolved] Jabong — Poor quality and defective items delivered | |||||
My order id is [protected]. I ordered a blue us polo jeans and a black Levi's jeans both of which are defected. The blue us polo jeans has stains of red colour on it and d black Levi's jeans cannot even be called a black jeans. I tried to return the products using the mobile app but it shows error in review everytym. And the toll free no is a bust. No one is answering any of my calls and neither have I received a reply from [protected]@jabong.com about my emails for returning the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
