[Resolved] Jabong — Product not received even after 14 days and status is 'returned to warehouse' | |||||
What happened jabong customer care? Is it alive or dead? I have been trying to reach @[protected] since yesterday and i called more than 20 times and i was on hold on minutes together but still no response.. If no response or no communication how can i get my problem solved I would like to know why the status of the below order ids is 'delivery unsuccessful'. [protected] [protected] Was there any delivery attempt? I have not received any call or sms from your delivery partner regarding the delivery. But still i don't understand why is this status. I had placed these two orders on 17th july and waited for 10 days. Most annoying and disguising here is the status is 'delivery unsuccessful' and the products were sent back to ware house. One more thing to add - It is really disgusting to keep on waiting for more than 10minutes when I call customer care[protected] and no one attends the call . Surprisingly most of the time you get 'Busy' message when you try to reach[protected]

Status currently is 'DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL' and the product has returned back to warehouse. It has been more than 10 days i placed this order. No proper communication or anything from Jabong's side.
I have been trying to call the customer care no.: [protected], but no response whatsoever. It just goes on hold and no one answers.
Jabong wake up!
