[Resolved] Jabong — Refund for black polo t-shirt | |||||
Order no.: [protected] was placed on 14th june 2016 3 items in these 2 items was delivered by 21th june 2016. However rest 1 item i. E. A black polo t-shirt was not received and they said that they will refund my amount rs.586.95 and they receive back that t-shirt due to some faults. Jabong claims that the money has been refunded on 30th june 2016 (Rs.586.95/-), however as you can see it does not show in the bank statement attached below. And now they give me an arn number "75503726183008998206516" and the bank claims they have not recieved any such number. I have attached files below (The order, the bank statement, the arn no.). Sorry? Seriously? I’m the one who should be sorry here. Sorry for making the mistake of purchasing from your company. You have given me nothing but inconvenience and headaches of more than a month. Countless hours of phone calling, emailing, filing complaints, and yet, what do I get? Another one of your typical “we will contact you in a while”. Kindly enlighten me, how do you define a “while”? One week? Month? Year? How ironical of you to call your team as ‘care’ team when all it does is keep making me wait until I get sick of waiting and give up. Let me warn all fellow customers here, do not fall into these people’s tricks. I do not know what happened, but this company itself returned my t-shirt and never made an effort to refund the money to me. Not only am I left without a purchase, but also lose my money. So, in the end, my purchase was basically giving Jabong my hard earned money to buy a huge load of tension and exasperation. I don’t even expect any response to this comment of mine. Perhaps one of the cliche “we are sorry for your inconvenience…” by one of the automated bots. I don’t expect to get my money. But I do expect all the readers of this post to be warned against the predicament they are getting themselves into while purchasing from Jabong.
