[Resolved] Jabong — Refund of item which i have ordered and even item is not received

Dear sir/madam,
My order no. Is [protected] and my register email id with jabong is [protected]@gmail. Com. I had ordered nike track pant from jabong. Com on 18/07/2016. But after 4 days 2 days i had email to jabong for delivery, because it is showing 29 july which means it will take 11 days to deliver. But i had not received any email from jabong. On 23 i had cancel this order and on 24 i had received email from jabong that your refund is initiated and you will receive in maximum 5 to 7 days. It means by 29 i will receive refund amount but i had not received till now, it is 01 august today. I am calling regularly from 29 and they tell me that you will receive refund within 24 hrs. Or 48 hrs. Several times they said i think product will be delivered. I don't know what jabong team is doing, please help me in this regards.
