[Resolved] Jabong — Return and exchange policy | |||
I am highly disappointed with the jabong service. I have ordered a dress id [protected] from jabong delivered by java courier service which has a size issue. In order to return it i tried to contact the customer care unit and gave mail but they are not responding to any of it. I also tried the easy return option available in my order section bt it said that pick up is not available from my address as it is clearly mentioned in the dress details that it has 15 days easy return and exchange.
