I had placed an order on jabong on 10th july which was delivered to me on 16th july and the very same day i initiated a return since i did not like the fitting. Now after quite sometime when no agent came to my address nor did i get a call, i made several calls to their helpline: [protected] which never connected me to any of their associates. On 30th of july i finally was able to talk to an associate after the call got connected. She told me that the return was never initiated and that it was a site error, so she reinitiated a return with ticket number:[protected]. She told me pick up would be done within next 3 days, but no action was taken, no calls, neither did i get a confirmation message for the return or a call back for the same. I tried calling them continuously yesterday, monday, 1st august without nay response which leads me to believe that they have blocked my calls for some reason. I don't want any of this. I want to return the product and get my money back
