[Resolved] Jabong — Return of the products | |||||
I have placed an order [protected] on 1st June and have received defective products. @ of them were defective and 2 I wanted to return due to size issues. I have called Jabong customer care service several times and nobody is picking up the calls. I wrote them a mail also and have asked them to collect the products but no has come till yet to collect the order and it has been 3 weeks now. Kindly help me with the same asap. Still there is no sign of return been initiated for 2 of the products which were delivered in a defective stage. I am continuously writing mails and no further action has been taken yet. The customer care executives never picks up the calls even after calling for hours.
