Jabong — return picked up but don't got refund yet

I have ordered for an kurta in jabong but as i dint liked it much, i've returned that one. The pickup is processed and i've returned the product on 20th october, 2018. As per their process the refund has to be done within 7 days of the pickup but i dint get the refund yet. Please kindly check this issue and refund the amount of returned product. Please kindly go through my issue
