[Resolved] Jabong — Shoes not delivered even after multiple follow ups | |||||
I placed an order for a pair of Louis Philippe formal shoes (Order # C[protected] on May 21st.Till date I have not received the shoes despite multiple follow ups. To my surprise they were lying all along. I was told that the delivery attempt was made but I was not available, which actually never happened. Chief Manager promised me after multiple follow ups that it will be resolved soon. Nothing happened and again after a few days of follow ups, I was told another lie by Jabong that delivery was made and I rejected the product stating it was an incorrect product, which again NEVER happened. I Nevere ever received the product whether incorrect or correct. Now as of 11th June, I'm told that I need to place the order again after wasting so much time and money on calls.
