Jabong — wrong product delivered 1st november 2018, no refund | |||
Order i'd: 109247260257227403103 This issue dates back to november 2018. Jabong delivered a wrong product to me. I raised the issue and product was picked up after quite a long delay. Long story short, they have the product now. However they are not initiating the refund. I have shared the required bank details and photo id proof but i am still waiting for my money. I have dropped numerous mails and called them too. They don't even bother to revert. Their site mentions reaching out to [protected]@jabong.com if issue is not resolved, i have done that too but seems that jabong is hell bent not to return the money.
