Delivered fake Ray-ban glasses on 18th April. Order No. [protected] Product doesn't match with the specifications mentioned on site, there is no gun metal frame as claimed. No warranty statement and genuinity hallmark sticker has been provided by Jabong. After consulting Ray-ban showroom, showroom candidates have purely claimed that this is not an authentic product. No warranty statement and genunity hallmark sticker has been provided by Jabong with this product. Jabong is declining return and refund. Cust email - [protected]@jabong.com [protected]@jabong.com When I raised complaint in customer care for this product, they told to wait for 5 days timeline which I waited and as we couldn't receive the call from respective department on 6th day, this case has been closed. In order to resolve this issue, I had been assured by customer care team (when I called them), that I will be receiving call from Jabong team to take this complaint ahead.
As promised I received call twice, but before I receive it got disconnected from Jabong side. Its just a missed call game that Jabong team is playing.
Please stop treating customers so pathetically for your own future's sake.
If you team really have intention to consider this complaint in serious manners, please stop doing such nonprofessional acts.
