Jabong.com — didn't get refund even after a month

I have placed a order, order id: 111842777054076833901on 23august 2019 because of some issues i have to return it they picked up the order on 30 august and initialized the refund on 6 th september and told to wait till 16 september i didn’t get the amount till 16 sept then call them then they said wait till 25 sept i didn’t get the amount then they said wait for 48 hours but i didn’t get my amount till now please help me to get the amount back
