Jabong.com — I am complaining about delivery

Hello, I ordered 4 shoes from jabong. Yesterday I got the msg for delivering 1 shoe.the delivery boy called me, and I told him preferred time as I lived alone in my house and I was not available at that time. But he refused to give it on that time and promise me to deliver it on the next day at my preferred time. Today I also got the msg for delivering the other three shoes. Again the delivery boy called me and told me that he can't deliver it today on my preferred time. I told him that I will give a call while I return home and pick up the delivery from a mutual suitable position. But when I called him he didn't pick my phone. Please make sure that the ordered items will delivered by tomorrow as it is very urgent.
