[Resolved] Jabong.com — payment is not still received | |||
I've placed a order on 13/04/2018 and paid through net banking.it was delivered to me on 17/04/2018 as requested for reverse pick-up they've picked it up on 20/04/2018 and later for my refund they sent mail for bank details from care jabong and after shared my details i got conformation of refund with in 2 days on 22/04/2018 but till today i've got nothing. In mean time i contacted customer care thrice but they were just delaying time and so i wrote to [protected]@jabong twice regarding my complaint but i got no responce from them. I have bought the product 1 week back. But when I received the product there was no sunglass inside only box was there. They called me and instead of helping they told that I am lying to them.
Please look into the issue
