[Resolved] Jabong.com — received damaged watch but jabong is not ready to take return

My jabong order no is 108995609446432668701, i've ordered cerruti1881 odissea master blue watch worth 21, 471 and after opening the box i have noticed that it's strap is damaged and now jabong customer support says it's not returnable.

Why would i take a damaged piece after paying full amount? I request jabong to take your product back and add refund in my jabong account to buy a new watch, i don't even want a refund in my bank account, i love jabong and i will be your valuable customer if you solve this issue and refund me, if not i will take action.

I have been trying to return a product in Jabong and my 15 days return period is getting over soon. Please get this problem solved once and for all, since I'm viewing a lot of complaints online about return, I'm kind of losing trust in Jabong.

I ordered shoes of hrx brand form having it has 3 month warranty I get shoes on 12 september, now shoes get damaged it is 4 october it's only 20 days and site doesn't offering any service of repairment.

I got a call from +917319820247 this number he offered to return the money in account for that he asking otp and card details and I deny that but he knows all about this complain and my number how??

And my problem is not resolve yet Jabong deny taking back the shoes or repairing it it said it is not manufacturing damage may be they are right but what quality shoes they make or sell if they can't even last for 1 month
