Jabong.com — refund amount not given after passing 14 days of product pickup

Return request placed on wed, 5th sep'18 at 7:11pm
Returning id :[protected] and picked the product on 6th sep'18 and received the message that refund has initiated.
Their policy the amount of refund will be credited to the bank account within 7 days post pickup.
But after running of 14 days also i could get back my amount. I sent an email but no reply has come yet from them which shows their poor service and makes me disappointed.
