Jabong.com — refund for cash on delivery mode | |||
Hi, I have ordered "blue solid messenger bag" on 24th oct, 2018 and the order no. Is 109228356177806251403. I got received the product on 29th oct, 2018 and the mode of payment is "cod". But unfortunately the received product was defective so that i asked exchange for this product, but no pickup service available for my area for exchange. So that, they accepted this is return request. My product also picked up and they also initiated refund for this, but the refund amount is not getting reflected to my account. I have shared my bank details more than two times to [protected]@jabong.com, but they send me back regret mail for bank account details are incomplete. Kindly escalate this issue and take action for my refund amount. Registered mail id: tn.
