Order id: [protected] Complaint no: 67109492 I have order a u. S. Polo brown chinos and exchanged it for fit issue but in the exchange order wrong product (Shorts instead of chinos) is delivered to me. I call jabong care on same day when i received wrong product. They told that they will register my complain and contact me within 48 hours but within given period no update from jabong. So i mailed then about that. Then they have registered my complain yesterday after mail. After that i asked then about update but no response but they promised me to arrange call back within 24 hours but again no response. Now i have to complain in consumer care. That is the only option left. Was this information helpful? | |||
