[Resolved] Jabong.com — unhelpful customer service team | |||
I ordered for some products from jabong. I had changed my mobile number on the jabong site but this change was not propagated to the shipping address. I tried to get the contact details of the courier service, ml logistics, but jabong claims that they don't have the contact details. (I find it so hard to believe that you would send your packages through a logistics company whose contact number you don't know!!) The ml courier service partially delivered the order but the rest of the order stands canceled. How do i contact this ml logistics company? They have no presence online and jabong's customer service is unhelpful. Exasperated, i now activated my old mobile number and requested if jabong can ask the logistics company to try delivery one more time. Again they said they cannot help. They must be educated to handle scenarios like this. Anything that is out of the ordinary, they are unable to handle. Was this information helpful? | |||

my concern related Tracking of Jabong In ML currier track . but every time that was show Invalid AWB id but i Entered Right tracking Id which was provided me from jabong .
so what is reason i face this kind of issue can you tell me
