I have ordered Gini jony blue capree ORDER ID [[protected]] but i have receive a wrong product on 17-aug 2018., which i requested to return the product and complain on 18-august 2018, , as per customer care executive i have sent a mail with product photograph, thety replied me we will arrange pickup in 5 days, but every time when jabong courier person came they refuse to take the wrong product because they do not have any mail about the wrong product. i am complaining this to customer care and mail several time but still there is no solution, since fifteen days i have receive SMS from Jabong for pick up the product and after few hours i got a SMS we are unable to pickup the product since more then 30 days i am waiting for resolve the problem, waiting for solution thanks Ankan Was this information helpful? | |||
