Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — payment confirmation not received

Sir, l made payment to ecollect j&k bank for kids tution fee jan-march airforce school srinnagar against kids admission n:7300 on 03 jan18 through sbi debit card ₹4675.17 on pos [protected] at payu payments pvt ltd txn#[protected].
